HY-R STRENGTH
Lighter and stronger, the HY-R system has the highest strength to weight ratio of any conventional building material. HY-R bearing walls support up to three stories and are more stable than wood because the galvanized steel studs won't crack, shrink, warp, swell, rot or rust.
HY-R INSULATION
With R-30 wall and R-40 roof panels, the HY-R system cuts energy costs by up to 50%. By combining structure, insulation, backer board and thermal break into a tightly sealed system that's easy to handle and install, HY-R offers a long-term energy savings advantage for your customers.
HY-R QUALITY
Ordinary construction methods allow for tolerances of up to 1/2 inch. HY-R tolerances are 1/16th inch. An engineered product, manufactured under controlled conditions, HY-R's interlocking panels ensure that windows and doors fit perfectly into openings. Built-in electrical and mechanicals chases line up exactly. HY-R panels exceed all building code requirements.
The above model shows how HY-R exterior wall panels, interior wall panels and roof panels are assembled. Corners and roof sections are secured with galvanized steel bracing. Electrical and mechanical chases are part of the panels, and can be seen at the lower part of the exterior wall (click on picture to see larger image).
Located in Wurstboro, NY, our 36,000 sq. ft. factory uses state of the art machinery to produce panels to 1/16 inch tolerances, in lengths up to 48 feet. Our high production capacity allows us to deliver product quickly to a wide geographical area. We can ship product to virtually any job location, however, shipping charges will increase with distance from our factory location.
